One of my biggest supporters went home to be with the Lord on her birthday. Assistant Pastor Marion Benjamin was more than just the Assistant Pastor. To me, she was Auntie. She believed in me since day one and encouraged me when I couldn’t encourage myself. She saw something in me when she insisted that I start doing Sunday school. I’m very honored that she considered me. I will never forget when she traveled to Jacksonville Florida to see me minister and when she couldn’t travel, she made sure to watch the videos on Facebook. Her love, her wisdom, and her support meant the world to me. I will miss this worshiper very much. I love you Auntie AP. Take your rest. My heart is so full. I am in tears. The joy in my heart is unexplainable. I wasn’t expecting anything for Mother’s Day from my church however my church family has surprised me. It’s the little things that makes the difference. The token of love and appreciation is well received. I am honored to serve at a place full of family and fuller of love.
