Another Genshin OC down, two more to go before I have my full set with coloured references. This one has been fun to design and I really like how her colour palette came out, as well as the dress design.

So this one is called Tokei and she is an adventurer/traveler from Inazuma who wields a Polearm along with her Hydro vision.

To me, the appeal of Billie Bust Up is entirely nostalgic. I grew up with classic animated Disney musicals and colorful platforming games with animal mascot characters. Largely, the way I see Billie as is another animal mascot, like Spyro the Dragon, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic, or even some of the lesser-known characters like Bubsy or Aero the Acrobat. It hearkens back to an old-school platforming mindset. I hope the game has the same kind of freedom of traversal, great controls, mechanics with a degree of synergy that play into each other, and great amounts of imagination and atmosphere. I have high expectations for this game.
