RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHO ARE YOU?

• @this-is-fox-speaking , aka the singular person who's been running this whole blog since 2023.

• Long time BBU fan, but haven't kept up with it for a couple years now, nor with the fandom. Some posts might not be tagged properly at first due to me being quite out of touch, but I always try to do my research.

WHAT IS THIS?

• A Tumblr blog that takes (mostly) any confession sent in from anonymous asks (or directly from the users if they choose to reveal themselves in said ask) and posts them to the world. Basically, a confession booth.

• This confession booth is specifically for Billie Bust Up, an upcoming indie game that has quite a large fanbase.

HOW DO I CONFESS?

• Confess through the ask box. Not through replies, or any of my DMs, or even through submissions (if they're ever open agaim by accident). Only the askbox.

• You can either stay anonymous or reveal yourself in your ask, it doesn't matter either way.

CONFESSIONS LIMITS?

• Nothing explicit/NSFW. This fandom is mostly full of minors, and the devs have stated that they're not comfortable with NSFW stuff around their game. You can be kinda suggestive (most teens are anyway), but don't push it. I'll simply delete your ask.

• No witchhunting or namedropping specific people in the fandom. Pretty self explanatory. It's fine if you namedrop those who are very publically and actively working on Billie Bust Up itself, however. Namedropping giant internet celebrities is different than namedropping someone with 10 followers tops.

• Nothing about being pro-AI. Anything about Character.AI, any apps/sites adjacent to it, ChatGPT, etc. Anything AI-Generative, I don't want to post support for.

• Nothing about being proship, darkship, etc. I don't support people who want to be fictional pedophiles, and you shouldn't either!

• Mentions of other games are fine, but if the ask isn't even remotely about Billie Bust Up, I will delete it.

• I will not tolerate people trying to fight eachother through my inbox. Just DM eachother and have a conversation. If confessions start to turn into an inbox riot, I will simply delete them.

• If you break these rules too often, I will simply block you and move on.

BBU was the reason why i learned english and half the reason why im even alive nowadays, giving me a great friend group and just nice memories but. seeing the game at this state is just depressing man. Sometimes when I cant sleep I imagine someone's right next to me for example Dutch, not out of romance more like someone watching their child sleeping. Or İ hold my hands thinking the other is Dutch's.

It's mildly upsetting for many. I've watched many leave this fandom. Sitting in the background. Watching people leave the fandom.

Leaving is the safest option if you value your sanity.

Staying here where drama is basically the number one topic isn't the place to be. Run. Run while you still can. Save who you can save.

Don't bother trying to save the fandom, but it doesn't mean you can't save the people who remain in this hell on the platform.

Never thought I'd say it.

No words can describe the grief I feel.

This fandom was a shining star. This fandom was a amazing place.

But now look at it. It's nothing but a husky of who it once used to be.

It's sad knowing people tried to save it. Stop drama.

But. Nothing came. Nothing could've prevented it. Nothing could've stopped the inevitable.

Corrupt people inside the fandom.

This was successfully turned into a hell on the internet.

Many people loved this fandom. Many did. Some still stay here.

Leaving right now is the best option. Nothing but the ashes here remain.

There's bound to be another drama. There always is.

That's what even was the downfall of this fandom.

It's anyone's option to leave or stay. But. The best option is to leave while you still can.

Find peace in a fandom that won't fall within months, weeks, one, two years, or so on.
