Barry had been pestering you for a while now, asking for your advice and opinions, so you had finally wheeled your chair over to his desk and snatched his headphones from his head. Sliding them on your own, you pressed the space-bar to listen to the latest clip he’d edited. “Yeah, it’s good.” You stared at the screen from a second longer, before leaning back into your chair, “It could use a few changes here and there, though.” As you pointed them out Barry took back his headphones, and made the corresponding changes that you had suggested. Later, after having done this for two hours, you both leant back, happy that another video was successfully edited and was now rendering. It was moments like these, where you just felt so satisfied with yourself, and what you’d managed to get done, that you just liked to flop onto the closest comfortable surface. Thankfully for you it, the ‘comfortable surface’, happened to be a couch resting against a nearby wall. You had ungracefully flopped onto the couch, making an audible ‘thwomp’ as you did, when Barry had decided to join you. He nudged you forward and slipped onto the couch behind you, wrapping his arms around as soon as he was comfortable. You lay in his arms, comforted by his warmth, and soon fell asleep.
