I read somewhere that marriage annulment involving important families (like Targaryen and Martell) Is announced by the kingdom (especially to the family to find the possibility of a new marriage). So no way Rhaegar just annulled his marriage with a Martell and remarried with a Stark in the same day (Especially when his "secret marriage" was registered).

i…think he did. i mean, im sure he did and he got away with it in game of thrones. It’d be harder in asoiaf because grrm actually sticks to canon and pays attention to plotholes (imo if r+l=j is true for the books, jon will still be a bastard), but with the gross way dorne and women and women of color are treated in got? yeah rheagar sooo annuled his marriage.
