GAMERA LIVES (2015)
Thirty-five years after being defeated at the hands of Gamera, Spaceship Zanon returns and launches a devastating attack on Tokyo. Fortunately, a new generation of costumed superheroes rise to the challenge, and engage Zanon's forces, which comprise all of Gamera's old foes, and new recruits Legion, Iris, Zedus, Garasharp, and Marukobukarappa. The question remains, however - where is Gamera, and will the Guardian of the Universe ever return? And what awaits Japan when the legendary warrior known as "Majin" reawakens?
The idea for this fan-trailer was born just simply out of my desire to produce something to celebrate Gamera’s fiftieth anniversary! I started working on it in early October, but stopped once an actual fiftieth anniversary Gamera movie was announced. However, a few weeks later, I decided I’d already sunk a lot of time and effort into it, and resumed working on it. The idea is basically Gamera: Final Wars, which is quite easy to tell. I hope you enjoy it!
