Hey there, I just reached level 35 but I don't see any mission to get hulk or the gamma zone, do you know how can I begin with those quests? Thanks

You have to follow the questlines to open it. Level 35 is just the minimum XP you need. So follow the main quests you have and you’ll get there. The wiki will have the exact progression listed, if you want more specifics.
