art trade i did with gamma-grey on bluesky! this is their digisona, a mad-scientist-themed villain-wannabe, freshly digivolved into wizardmon!
i started with the image on the left and then felt dissatisfied with it when i was about halfway done with it, so switched gears, made a 3d model to pose and reference at a more interesting angle, and made the image on the right instead. (but not wanting to waste what i had already done, slapped some colors and such onto the original as well)
