People come and go. The elderly members of the family come and go. Some of them you were able to spend a little time with and some you were not able to meet. Friends come and go. Some of your friends were only your friends during your childhood days, your college days, or your working days and that they did not last forever. Boyfriends/Girlfriends come and go. Some you said you would spend the rest of your life with but things did not end like you wished. Everyone is just temporary. Your life is temporary. The only thing that you could keep forever are the memories you've spent with the people that came into your life but decided to go away. The happy memories that you could keep on looking back. However, looking back is not wishing about the "what ifs" in life but looking back is a way to see what you are today. Today, and everyday, is a day you should be thankful for. A day of getting to know new people and a day of facing the ups and downs in life. Life is temporary so make out the most out of it. Make everyday a day to look back to.
