So I had the lovely opportunity to participate in the @penumbrabang and work with a writer to illustrate their fic! Kris(@smalliinsaneone) was an absolute joy to collaborate with and it was such a fun process. The link above goes to their fic.

В зенитно ракетный дивизион входит:

- станция обнаружения целей

- три зенитных ракетных батареи

В состав каждой батареи входит:

- станция наведения

- три пусковых установки

В состав технической батареи дивизиона входили:

- автомобильные станции обслуживания и ремонта

- транспортно-заряжающие машины

- топливозаправщики

Самоходные гусеничные шасси имели противопульную броню и оснащались системами противоатомной, противохимической и противобактериологической защитой.

Время развёртывания комплекса составляло всего 5 минут. Также, 5 минут, отводилось на покидание боевых позиций.

Процесс обнаружения и уничтожения цели:

1 - станция обнаружения (Gif-3) производила первоначальный поиск цели. Командир дивизиона принимал решение на уничтожение и отдавал приказ одной из 3-х батарей.

2 - станция наведения ракет (Gif-4) автоматически наводилась на цель. Станция сканировала не всё воздушное пространство, а узкий сектор, в котором находился противник. Соответственно, туда же направлялись и ракеты (Gif-5 и Gif-6).

3 - выбранная пусковая установка производила пуск ракеты (Gif-7 и Gif-8).

Время обнаружения цели и пуска ракеты не превышало минуты.

Gif-9: Работа пороховых стартовых ускорителей и включение прямоточного воздушно-реактивного двигателя. Ракета позволяла уничтожать цели летящие со скоростью до 3600 км/ч. Зона поражения по дальности до 50 км, по высоте поражения - до 24,5 км. Минимальные границы запуска: по дальности - 6 км, по высоте 150 метров.
