There are so many layers of stupid to this image. You can’t really see it, but at the end of the journey the route tells you to take a left, drive through a school parking lot, then take a right rather that just driving straight to the destination.

How many watts ARE in a high powered blended?

Blender wattage ranges from 300 to 1000 but I learned that wattage is arbitrary and doesn’t actually correlate to blending power.

If I have "In the Eye of Chaos" and "Melek: Izzet Paragon" in play and I cast an instant, do I have to pay the x cost for Eye of Chaos for the copy of the instant?

You still have to pay (X). I realize this is confusing with In The Eye of Chaos’s printed text, but if you check out its Gatherer page and read its Oracle text:

then you’ll see ITEOC’s ability is now written as a triggered ability. 

When you cast an instant spell – regardless of how you paid for said instant – ITEOC will trigger, and that trigger will go on the stack ahead of the spell. When the trigger resolves, you’ll have the opportunity to pay (X). If you don’t, the trigger will counter the spell. This all occurs after you cast the spell but before it resolves.

My friend made it with an app called Tribbon. It isn’t available on the Android App store, but it’s on the Apple Store. I think there’s also a website you can use for Facebook but it didn’t work for me.

gangrenestyle projectragnarok phone is sitting at home in a bag of rice for the day. i will see if it works again when i get home. if not, i will be getting a new one today, hopefully for less than retail price. i will see if theres a way to early upgrade, if not i might just add a new line and use that instead. rip rip rip

If I have no lands left in my library and i use goblin charbelcher's ability, do I do damage equal to the number of cards in my library after i run out of cards to reveal, or no damage because i never reveal a land?

You’ll deal damage equal to the number of cards you revealed.

As a bonus, you also get to reorder your deck however you want.
