The Gap
Ever wondered before reacting to some situation or taking some action without giving it a deep thought?
One should keep a gap before reacting, getting angry, taking a decision. It helps. It surely does for me nowadays.
Take this as an example - you are angry on someone (let take that as someone who is very close to you) before getting your anger out on them and reacting in every possible way to get them to your attention and what pain you are going through take a small gap of sec,min,hour according to your patience. This gap is of infinite possibilities. During this gap keep your mind at one place and relax. Now just take this situation as an opportunity to stable yourself. Sometimes the case might be extreme but you need the roots to be strong to face the winds. So during this gap of infinite possibilities find a way other than reacting, teaching ,advising, and all others stuff that will make you forget your anger what i am telling is do something for yourself by making others comfortable.
Its too soon to tell you my experiences but i can tell you for sure if you want things to work they’ll work you just need to get control of your mind.
So ending today's note with no advice as you yourself are the master of your mind , body and soul.
