I want a mad max / Overwatch Junkers style setting except it’s placed on the ocean / on docks

Imagine it! Wet Garbagepunk. Death boats instead of death cars. Weapons that spew boiling water and acid instead of fire. Boat graveyards becoming towns, everyone having cobbled-together oxygen tanks and breathing devices and their houses being half-underwater. Artificial gills on the especially wild guys.

Loads of prosthetic limbs that don’t work well on land, but can rocket propel you under water. So many harpoon guns. Everything has a shark aesthetic.
