This past Thursday, the Kitty-Cats, my mom. & I made 'Tomatoe Pie'. 💚💚🍅🐈‍⬛💚💚 It's 'An Old Family Favorite' that I concocted a while back. ❤️💚❤️ It's 'A Real Treat' in 'The Warmer Months' when we get the benefit of using 'Fresh Basil, Parsley, Oregano, & Tomatoes' 'Plucked Right Out Of My Garden' moments before we start cooking. 💚🍅💚 The 'Fresh Sunkist Tomatoes' especially make all the difference. The 'Tomatoes' you 'Grow Fresh' are so much 'Richer In Flavor & Color'. It's like 'A Little Nibble Of Heaven' 'Gifted To Us From Above'. We had a lot of fun 'Harvesting & Cooking Together'. 😺🧡 ❤️💚❤️ Some people may not appreciate 'The Goodness That Grows Out Of The Ground'. Some people just don't like 'Fruits & Vegetables'. Some people may not choose to ''Savor The Taste' Of What Grows In God's Green Pastures'. I say, just try it & then 'Give It Another Chance' & 'Try It Again' because like you, 'Tastebuds' 'Grow, Change, & Evolve' overtime. 💚💚🍅🐈💚💚 You never know. You may find something you like or even L🍅VE on day. You may discover that something you didn't like before or didn't think you liked is now ''Scrumdiddlyumptious' To Your 'Mouth' & Your 'Tummy''. ❤️ Mmmmmm........... 'That's Good Pie!' Mmmmmmmmm.......... 'Those Vegetables Are Yummy?!' Mmmmmmmmmmmmm......... 'It's Healthy' too! Let the kiddos try it too. 🧡 You may be suprised what often happens when you put out a plate of 'Fruits & Vegetables' & simply don't act like it's a big deal. On 'Thursday, August 25, 2022' mom came over & I made 'Chicken Sscallopini' for us to eat for dinner for the first time in a very long time. ❤️❤️🍅🐈‍⬛❤️❤️ I always use a lot of 'Vegetables' & 'Herbs' when make 'This Dish'. Some of the vegetables that I used are, 'Heirloom Plum Tomatoes', 'Grape Tomatoes', 'Bell Peppers', 'Banana Peppers', 'Zucchinis', 'Onions', 'Garlic Cloves', 'Mushrooms', 'Capers', 'Green & Purple Basil', 'Parsley', 'Oregano', 'Tyme', & etc....... ❤️❤️ This time around everything but the 'Onions', 'Mushrooms', & 'Capers' were grown by me in 'My Beautiful Garden'. ❤️❤️❤️ While I was 'Concocting & Cooking' this lovely meal I was a little nervous because it's been a long time since I have made it & I couldn't find the book 'The Recipe' was in. This is also the first time I have made 'This Dish' using 'Fresh Tomatoes' from 'My Garden' instead of using 'Tomatoes' from cans. ❤️❤️ However, the outcome was glorious. I served it over 'Wide Egg Noodles'; but it can be eaten without being put over something too. Mom & I both agreed that it was the best 'Scaloppine' that we have ever had. The flavor was not only 'Spot On'; but 'To The Next Level'. It was so decadently delicious & definitely 'Scrumptiously Scrumdiddlyumptious'. ❤️❤️🥀🐈❤️❤️ I will definitely be doing this again, especially since my 'Summer Crop' is still producing like MAD. 😺❤️ One day I hope to have 'A Green House' so I can grow my own food & make 'Beautiful Meals' with what I grow 'All Year Round'.
