Every month I create a new loose tea from the herbs and flowers from my yard. I did pretty good preserving last season and obviously I’m working throw my stash making room for this season 👩🏻‍🌾 May loose tea is called Garden Teaze a little bit of everything - Bergamot, Chocolate Mint, Purple Dead Nettles, Rose Petal, Lemon Balm, Basil & Spearmint & with. A friend of mine gifted me a lovely tin of loose tea late Oct it had a beautiful flavour to it from dried fruit(something I never use when making my own loose tea). Every January I make a new blend of tea from the flowers and herbs I preserve from my garden. Today I share my new loose tea blend inspired by the gifted tea I added a twist with dried apples & pears, bergamot, sage and lavender. And I must say it’s delicious!!!
