ever since getting sucked into the distortion world with the corpse of kyogre, she’s p much just been chillin in it for like 15+ years now. waiting. growing. sipping that sweet divinity juice or w/e is leaking out of it, probably

she starts speaking vocally, and her voice is a perfect mimicry of char’s at around 11-13 while venus was with her

she notices that char has those big gashes on her chest, so she just... tears out that side of herself to match. matchy!!!

the urge to draw her as red from ‘us’ is agonizing but i feel like it would only be funny to me

Actually wait, how would the Gallade part of the ralts evolution work out? Is it just like the og but now with more punching action? Is it a more complete evolution, where the host dies but the pkmn survives, fully sentient? Or is it a lesser effect due to the fighting typing, allowing a still negative connection, but seperate sentience??? Sorry if this was already asked, i’d been looking through the blog and might have missed this answer ^^;

its ok! i thought i had answered this but its not in any of my tags and it turns out it was answered on my art blog before i made this sideblog... but im just gonna paste that answer here:

gallade is the product of league scientists trying to control the psychic bonding of a gardevoir through experimental use of evolutionary radiation (in this case, exposure to rare, radiation-heavy gems called dawn stones). the result is a less dangerous, but also less psychic pokemon. the lack of a deep enough psychic link to a host means a gallade’s form doesn’t quite reach a perfectly humanoid appearance, with their arms becoming gnarled branches covered in thorns. the gallade engages in melee more often than it uses psychic attacks, and is coveted by fighting type specialists that prefer lightweight, agile techniques.

after the league’s hand was forced into banning gardevoir ownership, gallade ownership legality was fought for by breeders, and currently you need an advanced psychic licence to train one. its currently unknown if they can ‘embrace’ or not, but they seem to lack the controlling behavior of a gardevoir.
