22 : how does your oc usually show affection ? are they openly romantic or more restricted with their affectionate emotions ? / max is someone who is quite tough to get affection out of . he grew up surrounded by people who would belittle anyone who they deemed ‘ too affectionate ‘ . he grew up with the mentality that showing affection made you a pansy , and that REAL MEN were cold . his home life wasn’t much better ; his father only showed affection to alcohol . his mother was the only one who max thought was worthy of his affection , and even then , it was only a small peck on the cheek or a hug . hardly ever did he tell her he loved her . in romantic relationships ( so basically felix ) , max can be very affectionate at times . he does like to hold hands , give kisses and such , to show his partner that he loves and adores them . it honestly SICKENS him that some people don’t get adored by their partners , and he refuses to be like that .
30 : what makes your oc defensive quickest ? / max is a VERY defensive person . if he’s not on the offense , he’s on defense . max finds it difficult to find a neutral position . any comment about his life will usually result in a defensive comment , snarky and dripping with sarcasm . if yet another comment is made , he will take the offense . max also becomes rather defensive if someone he loves is brought up , especially if they are not there to defend themselves . a subject he will immediately get defensive about is his life before he turned .
