Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, mix together grated potatoes, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Press the potato mixture firmly into a greased cake pan, smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
