Ingredients: 4 Air Chilled ABF Chicken Thighs, skinless/boneless. 1/4 cup honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor. Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Discard any remaining marinade. Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165F 75C, flipping halfway through cooking. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
