Courgetti with feta, chilli, and fried garlic is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta dishes. The zingy kick from the chilli, the richness of the feta, and the crispy garlic elevate this dish to a whole new level of flavor.
Ingredients: 4 large courgettes zucchinis, spiralized. 200g feta cheese, crumbled. 2 red chillies, finely chopped. 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt to taste. Freshly ground black pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish.
Instructions: In a big pan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Slice the garlic and add it to the pan. Fry until it turns golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Put chopped red chilies in the same pan and cook for one to two minutes. Zucchinis that have been spiralized should be added to the pan and mixed in with the chili oil. For three to four minutes, or until just tender. Season with black pepper and salt that you just ground yourself. Take the courgetti off the heat and put it on plates to serve. Add crumbled feta cheese on top of the zucchini. Add fried garlic slices and torn basil leaves on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
