Geniet van heerlijk knapperige kippennuggets met een smaakvolle knoflook-yoghurtsaus. Dit gerecht is perfect voor een snelle en smakelijke snack of als onderdeel van een maaltijd.

Ingredients: 400g kipfilet, in stukjes gesneden. 1 cup paneermeel. 2 eieren, losgeklopt. 1 theelepel paprikapoeder. 1/2 theelepel knoflookpoeder. 1/2 theelepel uienpoeder. Zout en peper naar smaak. Voor de knoflook-yoghurtsaus:. 1/2 cup Griekse yoghurt. 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt. 1 eetlepel citroensap. Zout en peper naar smaak.

Instructions: Put the cheese, paprika paste, knoflook paste, uien paste, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl. Make sure the slices are well covered before dipping them in the steamed egg and then the paneer cheese mixture. Place the wrapped chicken nuggets in the Air Fryer mand and make sure they don't touch. Bake the nuggets in an air fryer set to 200C for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. While the nuggets are baking, mix the Greek yogurt, finely chopped figs, lemon zest, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl to make the fig-yoghurt sauce. Serve the crispy chicken nuggets with the knoflook yogurt sauce as a dip.
