DeKoven- Garman
Article 1:
I favor the second article over this one. It feels like, they were trying to dig deep with matching gaming and the soul and it just doesn't work. If anything, I think winning and losing in games are becoming a bigger thing than “our capacity for having fun together.” I think they tried forcing the pieces together than building reason in why they would fit and it was just a rugged article altogether.
Article 2:
Now this article was much better and the balance it contains is really smooth. The roles of “high visibility Referee” and “low visibility Referee” kinda makes you smile a bit from how effective it seems to be. Even having high energy and low energy games cancel each other out, etc... The section where they explained “Extraordinary Games” such as tug of war and how we modify/warp it so we can define the outcome is really well put. Not only does this article feels like a great job description, it's more of an article and not a cult ad. for soul reshaping.
