3 miles to celebrate my last nursing exam 🎉🎉🎉 11:36/miles = 34:56 👍🏻Average HR = 123 BPM ❤️ took this one very easy. A lot thinking, reflecting & contemplation. This was my meditation 🧘♀️ . . As I ran this morning, I was thinking about a piece of advice someone shared recently. Focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses...we’ll duh🤦🏼♀️ sounds like common sense, but really how often do we beat ourselves up about what we are lacking and don’t praise ourselves for what we are good at? I know I’m guilty💁🏼♀️ from years of gymnastics, cheerleading and running & tennis, I have NEVER gotten my heels down in downward dog. I probably won’t ever. I would beat myself up about this. You see though...I can rock out a handstand like no ones business, but often I focus on what I can’t do. I know after much reflection, I will be more mindful of what I focus on and will praise myself and others for their strengths, rather than their weakness🙌🏻 . . What is your strength you could shift your focus to? 🌟 . . #runhappy #flyingpig #flyingpigmarathon #Zensah #zensahambassador #nuun #nuunlife #fueledbynuun #oiselle #oisellevoilee #ohiovolée #maffetonemethod #heartratetraining #mindfulmovement #movingmeditation #runningmeditation #womensrunningcommunity #runneraofinstagram #garmin235 #nursingstudent #handstand #yogirunner (at Clearcreek Township, Warren County, Ohio)
