My legs felt like bricks, from my weekend long tennis camp...but I got it done 👊🏻 I know my body enough to once I got started I would listen up and feel better! . . When is fatigue healthy and when is it a sign of overtraining? It’s so important you have an awareness of how you feel before and after your training runs because only you will be able to determine at what point the fatigue your feeling is not healthy.
