I was a dork and watching pride and prejudice when i started thinking that Darcy being a socially awkward duck reminded me of Technoblade being a socially awkward duck and the next thing you know it's been a few hours and I've made an entire pride and prejudice DSMP AU where Techno is Darcy, Wilbur is Lizzie, Tubbo is Jane, Ranboo is Bingley, Tommy is Lydia and Dream is Wickham. Of course, Tommy and Dream is in no way romantic in this version, just dream being a manipulate jerk trying to make a "friend" and Tubbo and Ranboo are already platonic married so you know where that whole storyline would be going. Philza just sits in the background during all of this, holed up in his study just like good ol' Mr Bennet, having no idea what's going on but is thoroughly entertained anyway

my dnd group wanted an official seal after one of our members decided to hunt down the proper paperware to make his reports of our missions. So i tried my hand at deciding what the wax seal press might look like~

reference practice. I've decided to put a focus on faces rather than full body poses for a while~

studying pandas. I wanted to get a better understanding of the surfaces of the panda face: how they're shaped, connect and interact in 3d sapce.

It was really interesting actually! The nose starts as a rectangular prism as it goes past the eye spots but then the shape curves out to more of a diamondish cone shape when viewed at a head on angle, while beginning to jut more forward from a direct side angle. It's such a peculiar shape. Then you hit the :3 part where the split lumps above the mouth connect to what i call the "main head". Because when you look at photos of pandas you realise there's this main circle structure supporting the head and then the saggy bigger head shape draped around and behind it held up mostly by those chunky cheeks. Really weird stuff.

no ref this time. I wanted to anthropomorphise them a bit, hence the hands behind back standing tall pose :P

just a sketcho. Trying to get figures to interact with eachother is HARD. The distance between that hip and knee is STILL bothering me aarrrghhh. But i can’t be bothered to change the second figure’s whole posture just to have them touching more so *shrug*

i might be part of an apocalypse of the damned game now?? Maybe??? We’ll see if it actually follows through. Regardless though, any reason to make a new oc is a good reason.
