Gary Player Design’s redesigned Cougar Point golf course at Kiawah Island, South Carolina was one of the filming locations for the 2000 film starring Will Smith, Matt Damon, and Charlize Theron, The Legend of Bagger Vance.

GlenArbor Golf Club, Bedford Hills, New York.

GlenArbor is a Gary Player Design course and the host course of this year’s USA leg of the global Gary Player Invitational series, which will take place in a few days. GPI Events have already been held this year in Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, and London with events to follow in New York, South Africa, and China. The series raises money for the Player Foundation which works to provide funding for underprivileged children, education, and impoverished communities around the world. The Foundation has already raised over $62 million through the Gary Player Invitational, donations, merchandise proceeds, and other sources.
