When he passed away in 1852, his wife and two sons, Adolphe and Lucien, continue the work. In 1867 they hired the Waasmuel factory to Auguste Mouzin. Auguste was the second son of Pierre Mouzin, the owner of the Nimy Pottery and who had been director at Boch Keramis in La Louviere. Auguste gave his name to the factory, Auguste Mouzin et Cue, abbreviated to A.M.C. After his death the son-in-law Eugene Meyer took over and changed the name to S.A. Faiences de Wasmuel. The A.M.C. hallmark was used until 1920 with the MW logo.
