ok so i know more popular bloggers/artists/writers have mafia au’s already, but there’s never enough so suck it

I have a few drabbles already written for it while i work out the main structure of the plot and universe, so I’ll upload those my #gay drinking tag and my ao3 as I finish them. also in the tag, i’ll have updates and headcanons and such

below the cut - basic world building/characters

Yakov+Lilia - heads of the family, married, fight constantly but love each other in the end

Victor - second in command, seduces bar owners into selling his newest line of vodka, eros

yurio - bb of the family, nonbinary, 19, better than you and knows it, adopted by yakov and lilia when they were 10 to run drugs until the two of them became attached and couldn’t put yuri at risk anymore

otabek - yuri’s bodyguard, 23, mechanic, boxes on the weekends, already too far gone for yuri plisetsky

yuuri - bartender, Gay(tm), “i probably shouldn’t sleep with someone in the mafia but he’s hot so fuck it”

minako - owns the bar, “this is a bad idea yuuri”, “use protection”

yuko - wine mom, gets drunk with yuuri but only on the expensive foreign shit and only when yuuri’s paying
