45 DAYS UNTIL I GET TO GO HOME AND SEE MY FAVORITE WEIRDO AGAIN 💙
To my favorite adventure buddy, though we’ve only been able to see each other 4 times total, we’ve been to Colorado and Tennessee together, and now I can’t wait to travel and explore the world with you.
Day 3 of 30.
My girl just woke up for a brief moment, sleepily told me she loved me, and peacefully fell back asleep. To say that my heart melted is an understatement...it really is the little things.
“And I think it’s kind of scary, actually, to find someone who so effortlessly can make you smile, over and over again” 💗
As most people already know, June is mutha. f*!@in PRIDE MONTH. Over this past weekend alone, I’ve seen an insane amount of people who have either gone to pride festivals and/or made posts in support of those of us in the LGBTQ+ 🏳️🌈 community and, it’s not to say that I wouldn’t have expected it from some of them, but that my eyes have been opened to the incredible and unmeasurable amount of support and love that this community has. This just gives me so much hope that one day, we won’t have to live in fear of rejection or abandonment for the lifestyle we live every single day. HAPPY PRIDE, LOVELIES 😘
Here’s a concept...I’m talking to a girl that I’ve met recently and, despite being 19 hours and over 4,000 miles apart and the fact that she’s leaving for a 6-month deployment tomorrow, she and I make it a point to talk even just a little bit every day, which is more than I can say about some of the people I’ve known for years who are both emotionally and physically closer to me.
The idea that your plans and desires don’t always have to directly involve your significant other is a foreign concept to some of you and boy it shows.
IT IS OKAY TO SIMPLY BE TRUSTING AND SUPPORTIVE.
Per the request of an anon, here’s how I decided to take on Halloween 🎃
