The team is so incredibly soft with each other outside of their work. To the point you would think they were terrible at their job but if you ask them they would say they take comfort in being able to be vulnerable and soft when possible. Especially amongst each other. To make up for all the times they cant be. To smooth over the rough lives they have led.
