The Master is sort of aware that this was a dream. There was part of him pulling at the thought that it wasn’t real, despite the other part of him hoping it was. It certainly felt like it, another exhausting day and talking with Ansem. Maybe it was about the day, maybe it was from the various experiments and test that the Master ran, or even just playfully bothering the man.
Today was the first of the examples. Exhaustion hitting every part of the man, standing at one of the walls with his shoulder pressed against it. Was he muttering about everything? Of course! Words spilling into the air without any mind on who would hear.
There’s so much to do and so much that has yet to be done! Even in his dreams can’t escape it, but oh, will he rant to the air to at lest let it out some how.
Eye flickering over towards the side feeling someone pat him on the back. A few moments of staring at the man, words dying from his tongue. Mind pushing to wanting to figure out what wither this was part of his dream or something else. Instead of all that the man ends up laughing.
“ Work is never done huh? “
Laughing once more, laughter just as tired as he is before letting it die off. Silence filling the air before the Master slowly starts to speak again. Every so often pausing wanting to hear Ansem. Dream or not he wants to hear Ansem again.
As usual, Master was working himself to death again. You would think he would learn, but no, he was as stubborn as ever.
Looking at his tired form, the blond sighs as he looks at the Master before walking over as he reaches out and rests a hand on his back and gently rubs it. “You are all tense up, here, let me help.”
Helping the man to the bedroom and onto the bed, he sits down and gently massages his back as to help bring ease and peace into the Master. Looking about, he sighs and frowns as he thinks about what has the Master gotten into work wise that gotten him so stressed out.
Being asked such a question, he looks over. “There is always something that needs work, however, just because that is true, does not mean you should do it all at one and as soon as possible. That isn’t very realistic of you, and last time you tried to do everything, you destroyed yourself leaving me to clean up after you.”
Slumping he sighs and shakes his head. “You do not need to pretend to be a miracle worker, it’s okay to rest and take care of yourself from time to time. Nothing wrong with that, it’s only normal to do so when you reach your limits, or just because it is needed.”
