Handholding Prompts #37 Not Realizing - Silva

"(Name), can I ask you to look over Camieux and Cucuoroux today? I'm sorry, but I have a meeting with Tweyen and-" Silva rushed into your office, her voice almost frantic. You held up your hand and immediately nodded.

"Oh, thank you!" Silva's expression changed in less than a second, her shoulders slumping in relief. "I'll be right back, I swear. Here, come with me, I've left them with Grimnir for the moment, but I know Camieux would like to see you."

Taking your outstretched hand, Silva pulled you out of your room and onto the Grandcypher's deck where Grimnir was acting out stories for the kids.

"The brave knight stood up against the mighty dragon, and with a terrifying roar, the dragon- Silva! (Name)!" Grimnir said. His eyes lit up when he saw you two approach. "Are you interested in storytime as well? I have a few parts you could play!"

"Uh, no thanks, Grimnir. I'm in a rush and I was just dropping off (Name). Be good, Cami."

"Okay!" Camieux smiled brightly. She then tilted her head and pointed at yours and Silva's hands, which were still clasped together. "Uh, sis? Why're you holding (Name)'s hand?"

"H-Huh?" Silva looked down to see that your hands were indeed locked together. "I'm s-so sorry, I hadn't realized-!"

"It's alright, Silva," You assured her, smiling. "I don't mind. You need to get going, right? I'll look after Cami."

"Thank you!" After a small moment of hesitation, Silva let go of your hand - you almost didn't want her to - but you waved her off as she ran to disembark from the Grandcypher. Camieux, however, had other plans for you as you stared off after her.

"(Name)! (Name)! You get to be the scary dragon!"

"Alright, alright!"

Absolutely, anon! Silva deserves everything;;

Tulip — What is their love language? 

Silva’s love language is 100% quality time and also maybe acts of affection? She loves spending time with her S/O and doing menial tasks with them - it just calms her mind and anxiety even for a little bit.

Silva thinks that quality time is the way to really make any relationship bonds last, romantic or otherwise. She also takes pride in doing tasks for her S/O if they can’t/don’t feel up to it.  

As for acts of affection, she wouldn’t do anything in public, but she takes joy in seeing her S/O’s face go red when she gives them an unexpected kiss on the cheek when they’re alone. 

Hydrangea — How would they court their S/O?

Silva... isn’t the best at courting. She hardly knows her own feelings for her S/O, let alone trying to get them to reciprocate! It takes from prodding from Camieux and Cucouroux but she finally gets the courage to give her S/O some flowers in an attempt to win their heart. 

To her relief, it works, and she’s never been happier. If her S/O is more of a flirt or tease, Silva tends to become flustered around them, moreso than usual. 

Dahlia — How they sleep alone? And with someone?

Silva is fine with sleeping alone for the most part. She won’t admit it, but Cucouroux once got her a small animal plushie and now Silva won’t sleep without it. Don’t mention it to the others, please.

When she’s with her S/O, she immediately turns into a cuddler in her sleep. Silva clings to them but doesn’t realize it; turning embarrassed immediately when she wakes up with her legs wrapped around theirs and with awful bedhead to match. 

Her S/O doesn’t seem to mind at all and finds it cute.
