My Opinion on;

Character in general: KASEE’S ELPHABA LITERALLY BRIGHTENS MY DASH.  SHE’S SO VITRIOLIC TO BOQ AND I’M OBSESSED.How they play them: I’M GONNA KEEP SAYING VITRIOLIC. and it’s. honestly so delightful. THE BOOK MUSICAL MIX IS STRONG AND I LOVE IT.The Mun: Kasee is such a gem of a human being and chatting with her is such a relished rare treat!

RP with them: YES Want to RP with them:  I WANT TO DO IT MORE. Also I’m making a Liir so please talk to your disappointing son

What is my;

Overall Opinion: Writing with an Elphaba is always such a delight and every chance I can write with Kasee is wonderful. And that’s not her only character! Seriously, if you’re itching for the hits of today’s stage and screen, go write with Kasee!

It wasn’t because Nessa asked. Nessa wouldn’t dream of asking him to do anything remotely positive for Elphaba. But also, he didn’t want to think too long about anything Nessa did or did not want. Besides, Boq  had been coaxing himself to speak against Nessa, to push her away. 

 He wanted to talk to Elphaba.

The green girl wasn’t that bad. Miss Galinda liked her, after all.

Boq  didn’t want to hurt Nessa. Not actually. He had his suspicions about her hidden malice, little hisses here and there. But it wasn’t in his nature.

And so, he figured, if he could get Elphaba alone, it just for a few moments, maybe together they could come up with a game plan.

It was one of Miss Galinda’s many truly ebullient events. And maybe if he got in good with Elphaba, politely let down Nessarose, Miss Galinda would see that he’s worth something.

“Elphaba. Would you have this dance with me?” Boq fumbled with his tie, shuffling from one foot to the next. His suit didn’t fit. His mother had sent him suits a few sizes too small. He..truly looked like a munchkin. Short, round, nervous. His knees turned in just enough that he waddled a bit when he moved.  And still, his earnestness always shone through.

He didn’t hate the Winkie territories, the Vinkus. He was as loved as a man of tin could be. The title “witch hunter” and “hero” fizzled out. He was still a celebrity, the celebrated TIN WOODMAN OF OZ. He wasn’t always sure how the exact profession became attached. Gone was the name BOQ. Some nights he missed it, the nights he lay in bed to preserve some modicum of normalcy, staring awake at the ceiling, stewing. Always stewing.

It was far from a comfortable residency he lived in now. What was the name the Scarecrow said? Kiamo Ko? It was even worse now that it was all tin, towering and echoing and chrome. He found himself almost relishing in his own clambering steps echoing, a reminder of who he was now.

“Heart, my ass.” He said to no one in particular. It was a stupid clock he was given.  Neither kind nor loving like the Wizard had told him. That fraud.

Sounds. And then more.

Realization set in.

“You’re supposed to be dead. You’re dead. You must be. I was there.”

No. It couldn’t be. She was dead. He was there. He had her broom for Oz’s sake. He bore the weight of a family name he fought against and debated and grappled with. A heavy legacy.

“You’re an imposter. I’m not a fool.  My mo--the witch died.”

Oz hated him. There wasn’t even a Wizard with a regime to hunt him down, just the ghosts of that reign, warping into new tyranny. Oz wasn’t exactly rebuilding itself.

The green spread across his cheek, like a cursed handprint. He accepted the changes. At first they were met with denial, hostility, and then surrender. A mourning of an undetected life.

Liir raised the broom in self defense.

“Explain yourself, or I will take any appropriate measures I need to.”

His voice cracked, legs shaking.

“Please. I...I can’t be lied to anymore.”
