don’t be childish. don’t be childish. don’t be childish. “yes,” he replied simply, fully aware that the devil on his shoulder would be disappointed in his transparency. jace hated when the person he was hanging with didn’t pay him any attention, that feeling only intensified when that certain person happened to be sunnie. he had every intention of snatching that phone out of her hand and holding it over her head until she promised she would put it away for good. however, jace knew better than that and the last thing he wanted was to start some petty fight that would last for eternity. instead, he just nodded as he listened to her speak, eyebrows raised in faux amusement. “no offense but the guy you described is totally me. except for the whole spaghetti thing... you’re still mad about that? i would say i can’t believe it... but i totally do.” jace rolled his eyes playfully, leaning back to tug his phone out of his pocket. “two can play at that game.” he was quick to unlock his phone, “i’m gonna watch videos of girls twerking on instagram if you’re just gonna pretend i don’t exist.”
