I totally understand GD decision to not come public with his relationships and I support it specially because I always found out how weird it is the korean media where celebrities have to come up with a statement or announcement that they are dating, like can't they just date in peace and move on with their lives and not prove anything to anybody?I hope it changes someday.
Do people really wonder why GD chooses to keep his relationships privat and secret if you read articles like the “Who wore it better Sulli Kiko” one? I would be so outraged to see a person I once loved being constantly dragged down by the public just because we once were in a relationship. I mean obviously GD loves and cares for his fans but let’s say this straight out some of them are pure trash and disgusting, let that poor men breath he obviously does everything to not crank your shipper panties yet some of you still feel the need to bash on his ex-girlfriend?! Have some decency!
Kiko isn't "bashed" for being GD's girlfriend in Korea but rather for being involved in groups / activities / festivals etc. that glorify the Japanese Empire, for example posting and liking pictures on instagram of the rising sun flag and praying at the Yasukuni Shrine. Koreans take stuff like this VERY seriously and even kpop idols have been criticised heavily for wearing clothes with the flag pattern unintentionally. Of course she might get hate for her past relationship with GD but that applies to other idols as well. The fact remains that if she really was dating GD, then she should've been even more careful with such things. But she didn't, and that's the only real reason why she gets hate.

Oh hun, you are wrong, she isn't hated because of the scandal, unlike the korean idol you are referring to she hasn't posted it on the korean independence day, she was called ugly before because she is a japenese model/idol, and it's so ridiculous because i hope you all know that she actually is half korean. Also, most of the hate comes from international GD stans, which have especially no right to bash her given that most people didn’t know about the meaning of the sun-rising flag before. Just excuses over excuses to hate on women in the entertaining business.

I already brewed some tea as I cant wait to take a sip while reading all the GD x IU rumors who now will be surfacing from nowhere
