Manual sieve shaking exercise from GE206. The idea is to run some ground coffee through a set of sieves and measure the particle size distribution. Everybody took a turn and everybody who wasn't having a turn at the time was shooting video and uploading it to the Chinese social media services. This should suggest several reasons why you probably want a sieve shaker if you're going to do this sort of testing.
The results for this particular test landed pretty much right on the grind standard for cupping. (yes, there's a grind standard for cupping)
