HEHE THXX!!! And ye that's true! I make a lot of my art via google slides (no stylus, just my trackpad too)! Have a lil video showing snippets of my process ^v^

Like I said before, been doing this since August 2022. All self taught!! Been enjoying makin art with the method I'm used to, which feels fun! That's all that matters to me :D

I thank the polyline tool, curve tool and color picker so much over these past few years! I get a lot of "how tf do you do that!?" whenever someone finds out and I find that funny! Tysm for the ask man, took a bit on my end to respond lololol T▽T

Tdlr of the method over the years. First 3 years, didn't do much wit it aside tracing for school presentations, youtube thumbnails & artworks. Wasn't until 2025 where I learned greatly about art + got my own style in the process. I def have room for more improvement tho!

Shockingly, Kohmli's name was made up on the spot! Completely random lolol, only to find out a few days his name sounded similar to the birb prince from WW. I still have yet to play WW actually lolol TvT. My OG fav was Tulin (literally THE character that got me into zelda) then Revali!

Kohmli himself to me is like a mix of like several inspirations! Bird of paradise base, inspo from southeast asian/islander cultures looks wise, Donald Glover voice claim, the personality of a 70s-80s flamboyant funk singer or dancer, and so, so much more! I realized how much my filipino diaspora is in this birb, completely unintentional hehehe! A person who is always on the move, and cannot get a break and is still figuring himself out after some rough stuff? It's common for the OC to mirror the creator in some way ^v^

Kohmli remains not as a self-insert (which he is isn't) but an OC. One out of many but still one of mine. I'm not nearly as much as a social butterfly as this guy is TvT

The Mountain by Gorillaz (MY NEW #1. Rollout accompanied one of my most grief & confusion filled parts of my life. The themes of death resonate with me hard. THIS is human. 10/10)

The Slow Rush by Tame Impala (This and IGOR are now neck to neck. I'm really relating with the themes of time and absolutely love the sound of this album. Makes it feel timeless!)

IGOR by Tyler The Creator (my former #1 prior to 2026! AAH, the looping story, crazy sound, and Tyler's most cohesive album imo! Themes of being stuck in toxic relationships really hit me in 2025.)

Gemini Rights by Steve Lacy (A longtime favorite of mine for many reasons, but now it's because of the influences of 70s sounds throughout! Been a while since Steve dropped but this album will do!)

I currently don't make my own music, I'm more of a listener atm BUT I've been meaning to learn guitar for like a few years now but I keep putting it off lololol TvT. And if I did have the resources and peeps, honestly I'd make theme songs for all my OCs! OKay, Zelda aside, maybe something akin to a concept album loosely based on my life recently. Themes of change, grief, identity, and coming of age? Prolly Tame Impala esque in sound? Who knows.
