Dark? Would you be willing to tell us what happened with Red? ~ 🧶

My two halves (an off-color Ruby and Sapphire, with both being labeled “defective” due to abnormal personalities) were pressured by Red Diamond to fuse - and when they successfully fused, Red proceeded to crack the off-color Ruby (whom I refer to as “Damien”), leaving me completely unable to defuse. 

Does that suffice as an explanation?

Red Diamond was shattered for his crimes, though the ultimate location of his shards are unknown. We have reason to believe his shards were buried by the remainder of his court.

No. I am not speaking of a… “William.” This was a Gem known as “The Author”, with a sadistic streak, like Red. ….Don’t mention that name again.

Was Red known for having a short temper and shattering gems that crossed him? Did he ever shatter gems of his own court?

Yes, he had a temper on him, certainly - and a sadistic streak, to boot. He’s shattered numerous of his own Pearls, the last one loyal until Red’s shattering. His court was made of ruthless Gems, and yes, I know of at least one that was shattered and later pieced back together. A golden Sapphire, to be precise.

Black diamond? Who was that?

Oh. So Yellow mentioned the last thing Red did before his own shattering. Black Diamond, known as “Tyler” by the others, was a stoic, yet kind individual who was once part of the Authority. He was shattered by Red for crossing him, and his Spinel was passed to Blue Diamond.
