Lizzie has spent hours trying to find yellow and purple flowers that actually match, and black ones that aren't just grey, (white is always easy) but it's worth it for Cleo. She never got the chance to make Cleo a flower crown during Last Life, when she learned to make them, and she thought it would be a nice gift for pride month.

Cleo doesn't know what to do with them. They're pretty, of course, but Lizzie's magic makes every plant she touches live forever! At least she can share the bi coloured ones, but they don't know any other non-binary people nearby enough to be worth travelling for a flower crown.

Oh, nevermind. They can't share the bi coloured ones, Lizzie's already made some for herself and Gem. What are they going to do with all of these?? Lizzie, do you not remember doing this last year??

Lizzie has decided that next year, she's going to account for her magic, and only make one flower crown per girlfriend, if they're going to be like this. She will probably forget though, and they'll end up with houses full of immortal flowers. For the third year in a row.

Maybe they need to start off loading some of these flowers with a little more urgency... Gem is on more of Lizzie's servers, right? Could she please, pretty please, give out Cleo's flowers as well?

Like, seriously, Cleo wants to see their table again.

Cleo technically doesn't need to sleep, being a zombie and all, but old habits die screaming, especially when Gem and Lizzie are involved.

Actually, none of them really need sleep, what are they doing? Oh, they just want an excuse to cuddle. Of course.

They could cuddle whilst doing something else but... That takes effort. Cuddling whilst 'sleeping' means they can procrastinate too! For some reason, Gem seems the most excited about this.

Lizzie has maybe become a bit too confident with having godlike powers. Dashing about on misadventures takes a lot of time!

So, when she spars with Cleo and Gem, it's a little embarrassing how easily even Cleo beats her! Cleo, who so often states their lack of PvP skill.

Ugh... Guess she'll have to just spend more time with them to practice!

The good thing about being a shapeshifter, Gem says, is that she can always be taller than Lizzie and Cleo, even when they're trying to be tall.

And she can fit perfectly in their arms.

And she can accurately pretend to be them because she knows them so well too. (One time she convinced Joel she was Lizzie for a few minutes. It was... Awkward.)

Actually it's a lot of things. But mainly being the tallest all the time.

Gem personally would describe it as being better all the time! But that gets her bapped by Cleo.

If Cleo can reach her, of course...

Geminishadowrot (idk if this is what they're called but I think I'm the only one who actually ships them according to the 0 works on ao3 so it doesn't really matter) as roommates.

Sure, Gem and Cleo have gotten drunk and done stuff, but they're just friends. It doesn't count, they were drunk. Doesn't matter that they catch each other staring, or 'accidentally' prolong contact. There's no feelings there. Lizzie is aware of all these lingering touches and stares, because she's doing the exact same. Only thing is, she isn't trying to convince herself she doesn't like them. Other people, maybe, but she knows it.

Sure, they've now got a groupchat where there call each other pet names, and end messages with hearts, and flirt. But they're just really close friends.

Lizzie is beginning to wonder if they'll get married before these two even realise they have a crush...

Pre season 10, Lizzie and Joel used to go visit friends on hermitcraft, and Lizzie would spend more time with Gem or Cleo than Joel.

Now Joel's on hermitcraft and Lizzie practically is too. What did you expect from her? Her husband and her girlfriends on a server together? How could she not love it there?

Too bad Joel's petty and spending more time with Etho than her in revenge. This can't last too long, right?

She guesses she'll just have to spend more time with Cleo and Gem in return! Though they did suggest getting with Etho as revenge... The idea is tempting, she won't lie...

Look, Lizzie knew what she was getting into when she moved to a new university in the middle of the school year, and she's doing good. Her teachers like her, the other students like her, and she's getting good grades.

She was not, however, expecting to be in a dorm with two of the prettiest girls she had ever met. The other girls completely emphasise with her. The room is a whole mess of bisexual panic, but they wouldn't have it any other way.

Gem and Cleo are pretty nice too. Lizzie just wishes she had the courage to talk to either of them outside of schoolwork.

It's maybe peak disaster when all three of them are complaining about how hot other girls are and how hard it is to talk about. Whilst they're all actually talking about each other but refusing to say it aloud. They were just doing normal schoolwork together, which devolved into asking Lizzie about her previous university, which devolved into their dating lives.

At least they're talking now. That's an improvement, right? Right?

People often refer to the gorgons as sisters, but that's a revision. Cleo, Gem and Lizzie were lovers. They protected each other, cared for each other. Days were sent carefully cleaning scales, creating jewelry and pottery and killing those that dared attack them.
