Poly Joel and Lizzie, they are married, but they are poly, and its funnier bc Joel's other partner is etho, and Lizzie's is Cleo, so it's really funny when Joel and Lizzie bring their partners to meet each other and they are exes (bc limited life)

Joel and Lizzie are both very aware of their partners' ex status. Maybe they're menaces, but they planned that meeting fully knowing it. They pretended they had no idea, of course!

Then they sat back and watched Etho and Cleo attempt to be civil for the night.

I just wanna give a special shout-out to the FIRST character that Tumblr voted to be a potential Joel Miller; Prince Zuko from Avatar the Last Airbender!

Through two different polls, he was determined as someone who would:

* become emotionally attached to Ellie Williams (in my opinion, maybe he might see her as a younger sister-figure, which doesn’t bode well for Azula’s fate in this TLOU AU. Alternatively, she might remind him of his younger self, leading to Zuko paralleling his relationship with Ellie with his own relationship with Uncle Iroh)

* is capable of escorting Ellie through the fungi-zombie apocalypse to the Fireflies’ hospital (the firebending should help a ton)

* doesn’t think twice about going on a murder spree when he learns that the Fireflies are going to perform fatal brain surgery on Ellie

Let’s give it up to our first alternate universe Joel Miller, Zuko. Or should we say…Zuko Miller?
