so i don’t know a TON about pig cuz i’m more into the period of kmfdm where he wasn’t in the band there in the late 90s/early 00s BUT i didn’t realize this was a pig song?? so i googled and it’s actually not it’s a schaft song he collabed on and then they made a video and he just... deadass cut the other two dudes out of the video and released it as pig. savage.

anyway i’m seeing a revolver and a crucifix and raymond getting kicked to the floor by a girl in boots within the first 30 seconds so i’m gonna say yeah you know my interests well

I have the weirdest knack for getting people to like mushrooms.  Did the same with my sister.    No luck with His Lordship though, it’s the texture he hates.

The sign of a great fic writer - less than a year ago I had never even heard of John 5 or Tim Skold. Then I read the sickest/hottest Trent/Manson snuff kink fic and discovered there was a gunkink fic so I read that and it was also fantastic, so I proceeded all your other fics, most which involved this John guy and this Tim guy... so I looked them up. I now adore John and an amazed by his work, and I love Tim's stuff, especially the stuff with KMFDM. So thank you!

ok so this is kind of a deep dive

but it’s a made up language/dialect used in a clockwork orange called nadsat. the author was also a linguist so he invented a dialect for the droogs to use. it’s kinda a smashed together language of english and russian. “droog” itself is an anglicization of the russian term for “close friend”.

so if you don’t know nadsat it sounds like made up nonsense words.

anyway, translation is this:

pooshka, an anglicization of the russian puška, literally “cannon” but as a slang term, means gun

gullver, an anglicization of the russian golova, meaning head

gromky, an anglicization of the russian gromkij, meaning loud

so “pooshka to the gulliver, gromky! gromky!” means “gun to the head, loud! loud!”

additional fun fact: there’s a weapon in borderlands 2 called pooshka and the description text is “pooshka to the gulliver! gromky! gromky!” so somebody on the borderlands 2 team is a skold and/or kmfdm fan
