closing the large book with a solid thud, sending a bit of dust scattering into the air, Sapphire lifted it up and returned it to the shelf she had taken it from.

with a map she had made, roughly due to it being based only off of books, she made her way out of the house to find Ruby.

she assumed her other half wasn’t too far...or, she could feel it in a way.

running down the steps, she stood on the hill, looking around “Ruby! I have a surprise!!”
