“Alright! I’m sure it’s beautiful around here!” Ruby links arms with Sapphire, squinting towards the center of the island. The wind whips Ruby’s hair in her face, and she pulls it back, trying to readjust her headband with only one hand, with limited success.
“Oh! Do you want to draw the contour of the island as we walk along it? Do you want to stop now and add what you see, or do you want to wait? I can find a smooth surface for you to write on!” She bounces forward, then holds herself back. She should wait to see what Sapphire wants before doing anything. Don’t get ahead of yourself.
Sapphire let out a gentle laugh, brushing Ruby’s hair back into her head band “I will remember it by the time we circle around, it can wait until then. when we get back, you can make a flat surface”
she looked over to a certain rock over near the forest, already seeing Ruby going over and with her weapon, breaking the stone in half, making a perfectly flat surface to draw on “it will be nice..”
