Not only is what Liv did in Choose-A-Rooney shady towards Maddie, but like it's shady as hell towards Josh and Gemma, too. It's Gemma's wedding day and having her cast member sing for her is special to her but she bails on it to let DIGGIE sing? Also why the heck can Diggie suddenly sing after 3 seasons of no interest in music? And Josh is her friend too and she betrays him SO HARD in favor of a guy who treated her sister terribly.
That is actually true- cause um, this is not meant to be a romantic set up for Miggie, its meant to be Gemma’s and Johnny’s wedding, COULD DIGGIE AND LIV NOT WAIT TILL ANOTHER DAY AND NOT MAKE SOMEONES WEDDING ABOUT ANOTHER COUPLE-
I DONT KNOW- Literally, no one does! Everyone was happy that despite Ryan being a singer in RL, Diggie was a sports type- but then out of the blue, can sing despite having no interest prior or not being shown playing and singing before! Its like they just remembered Ryan can sing and decided to go with that cause fuck it, lets put Maddie under pressure then to return Diggies feelings just cause he did such a song for her even though its unfair how public this was becoming and how more awkward and uncomfortable it was becoming for Maddie the most.
Liv also paired up the two in some sense! SHE HELPED PAIR UP JOSH AND MADDIE- BUT THEN GOES AND DECIDES TO MEDDLE AGAIN AND PUT MADDIE BACK WITH THE GUY WHO HURTS HER THE MOST.
