This is Manganaxinite, a brutal-looking Gem from deep in the outer worlds of the Gem’s territory. He was built to be a bruising brawler, and as such he walks with a bear-like gait thanks in part to his crown and twin heavy back-pillars. Chiefly he under the domain of White Diamond and serves her dutifully as the jailer of his Diamond’s enemies.
His prison lies on a dying world, with a single tower a mile tall and half a mile wide. In this prison there is only one rule - do not make a sound. To ensure his prisoners don’t break this taboo he has them thrown into hovering stone obelisks that spin on their lower vertices. The result is that the prison is filled with a constant, low humming which suits him just fine - he is very susceptible to noise and can find even a small snap irritating.
He can turn his arms into whips that can extend about ten feet in order to grab escaping prisoners, or summon a staff from his gem which itself is located on his upper back. Between the two bulging pillars at the back of his neck.
His body is composed differently than that of the other gems, with it being made mostly of a stony-like material.
