Adrinette (Soulmate Survey au)

Again this is the rare day when i decide to post a drawing here on tumblr, i know WTF?? I did this fluffy adrinette art bc @gale-of-the-nomads fanfic (soulmate survey) literally gives me life, i love the adrinette and gale said that if we wanted the chapter before friday we had to do some things and drawing fanarts of the ice rink scene was one of them.

NOW OK I MADE SOME CHANGES BC TBH i didnt like the original design thaaat much so i decided to give Marinette’s outfit a little twist and give her a mini skirt (bc im a sucker for mini skirts on her) (she rocks the shit out of them)

AFTER 5 LONG DAYS OF PURE STRUGGLE I FINALLY FINISHED IT!! The bad girl/ 18 year old mari au god im deceased

When i read @blueishfood prologue i knew i had to do something, this gave me vibes people and i just felt so inspired i couldn’t NOT DRAW IT! At first i didnt like any of the sketches, making older marinette with long hair while (kind of) respecting her chinese heritage was something challenging, especially because i dont draw asian people that often so i had to make a lot of studies for this (artist like @daloochsdoodles are A MA ZING at doing marinette with more chinese features, and studying her helped me a lot)

Things i made:

First, i drew mari with lots of skirts imagining she would get in trouble for dress code and just imagine ms. Mendeliev telling her she needs to go to the principal office just for dress code issues and marinette being a super sassy child would go waving her hips like crazy and adrien would go nuts for that

Also i translated the dialogues to french because i paid 4 years of french not to waste it so I HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT!❤️

(Also i made adrien more ripped and now thanks to timetagger I KNOW IT’S CANON SO IM HAPPY)

So while i was stalking and reading all about @my-miraculous-headcanons au called marry that girl i was re-reading the original one and i couldnt help myself but draw marinette’s portrait in a wedding dress AND WE ALL KNOW SHE’D TOTALLY GO FOR A PRINCESS CUT ALL LAYERED (like the one jeremy zag posted) BUT WITH AN OPEN BACK CAUSE SHE’S DARING LIKE THAT YAS KWEEN ROCK IT. I literally live through fanfics rn i dont know what to do with my life

Ying and yang☯️ . Hello guys!!! Yes i know im supposed to post mermay today, i’ll do that later but now i needed to get some kagaminette out of my system BECAUSE THEY ARE SUCH A POWER TEAM GUYS! I read a post on tumblr that said luka/marinette were yangs and kagami/adrien were yings and it explained why marinette and adrien are so compatible BUT ALSO KAGAMI AMD MARINETTE ARE TOO SO IM HAPPY🐞 and just imagine living i a world where you think kagami is 100% straight heheh can’t relate✌🏽✨
