Always in search of good tasting GF foods, I found these wraps online at Amazon while shopping for other items. So... I ordered them and today I made a sandwich with one. It took a few times to get it "right"! Ok, after a few attempts, I figured out that you need to moisten the entire wrap, then let it sit for 2-3 mins before you can actually chew it easily!! but after I figured this part out, they're easy to handle! The taste is very mild with a slight heat, I would definitely use them for sandwiches. Can't wait to try them as a burrito holder!
