i need to find a quick job for a few months until i go back to work at the emerald mine but finding a job is a bitch in this area because it is 20-30 minutes to go to the nearest town to hunt for jobs or even to just run errands.

I have been working for 11 years of my life on and off at various jobs and none of them have been for what I have been to school for. Either I am too overqualified or just shy of being qualified.

I would rather just make and sell jewelry 24/7 but I do not have the best work space to do this effectively and efficently. Hoping this will changing in the nearish future. Until then, I SHALL continue scraping by as a starving artist.

Millennials- Why Do People Always Complain About Us?

Whoa! I posted 5 days ago, and I didn’t even tell y’all! 

My sincerest apologies.  A few days ago, probably a week ago to be honest, I read an article crapping on millennials again. It’s ever so common and I don’t really understand why it’s so common, even by people who are millennials. Of course I wrote about it. 

Here’s a snippet:

“ Millennials, they're too sensitive, they've been babied as special. They're too easily offended, too politically correct. They don't know how to have conversations anymore. They're all so "sick" or "mentally ill." They don't know any life struggle. When I was a kid we had to walk up hill through the snow, blah, blah... This generation is so uneducated. What do they have to complain about? Generation Me. Generation Whine. That's how we're portrayed in the media. That's how many in older generations see us, but why? Are their thoughts valid? Are the thoughts of millennials valid? There are I think a few questions that need to be asked, and a few things that need to be defined before you consider these statements against millennials...”

I feel like my addiction to social media has been taken to the next level lately. Like I can't go an hour without checking Instagram or I start having withdrawals. What is happening to me?
