Ok so @6yearoldthug told me I should post all the trinkets I got from GenCon. Well, here ya go! The pictures have captions if you want to see me ramble more. I’m not usually a spender, but I really went all out this year. So much so my bank turned off my card. :’D
STORY TIME! So while I was cosplaying Hancock at GenCon I stopped to have a listen to Water Street Bridge a while. I've seen them at the con years prior, but never seemed to have the time to stop and listen. Anyways, I'm glad I did because I really enjoyed their sound and they even dedicated a song to me! (posted above) I went to buy one of their CDs, but was having difficulties getting the card to work. One of the band members actually took me down to the entrance to get a better signal. He stated that if we couldn't get the card to work they would give it to me for free. I told them absolutely not because they are artists and I would like to give credit where credit is due. Thankfully, the card went through! This was definitely a highlight of my time at the con. :)
