OMGGGGG THANK YOU SO MUCH I was so nervous about posting it because I can’t stress enough how RANDOM it was, like I have NEVER written a real song before and I’m not a musician at all, but that backing vocal just crawled into my head and wouldn’t leave so I was like ‘fuck it’ and spent the next hour just making it on garageband.

And RIGHT? It TOTALLY reminds me of her just shedding the subservient, self-sacrificing, taking-for-granted skin she’s been cast in for years and becoming a ‘wild thing’ ;) And I’m pretty sure the answer to ‘do you know where the wild things go’ is ‘to Damon’, sooooooooo. Actually I know it is because I wrote the song, muahahahaha.

THANKS AGAIN, it means a lot. I’ll let you know if I make the studio version.

Thanks for the hugs and support.  My moment of mother in law anxiety has passed for now.....it'll be back, but for the time being, I'm a little more relaxed.  Awesome suggestions btw, and I have considered spiking her drink with various substances.  I do love the idea of tossing her into the Sarlacc Pit or sicking Khem on her......oh, those images are going to help me a lot.  She might actually give Khem indigestion though.

Awww, god, thanks! I was dying to cut it off (it was a shapeless, scraggly mess and I looked homeless), but I still freaked out a little after a few hours. I didn't care at first and then all of a sudden I tried to put it in a ponytail and PROBLEMS. But I'm slowly getting used to it. I'm glad you like it! And YES, WEAR LIPSTICK. Even colors you think might not look good on you, apparently, because you'll be amazed by the number of people that come up and ask you what shade it is and love it. I've made a conscious effort lately to be the girl wearing the casual outfit and bold daytime lipstick because every time I see that girl, I think 'that's awesome'. Hahaha. So yes! Absolutely try it!
